At Home

A visit to HomeWorld Furniture turns up a bevy of unique finds.

We recently photographed a stunning condo for our small-spaces issue that featured a beautiful orange sofa which fit perfectly with its modern tropical theme. After finding out the piece was from HomeWorld, we planned a trip to see what else it had to offer. Marketing manager Pui-Heng Tang remembered the orange sofa. “It was definitely a bold choice. One of a kind,” she said. It turned out the store had a lot of original furniture. Benches, consoles, bookshelves and sidetables with the words “one of a kind” right on the tag. Recliners, sectionals and sofas with customizable upholstery and configurations. The rest of the store was filled with a dizzying selection of furniture that ran the gamut of styles from traditional to mid-century, boho to sleek, and everything in between.
